We have a history of performing our services on time and within budget, and have more than 30 years experience, Art Kearin Surveying will require minimal direction from the City staff to perform these services. We are a small firm and when you call us you get the owner who can answer the questions without the call back to see where we are in the project.
Surveying in the Antelope Valley & Los Angeles County our surveyors have helped with the construction of bridges, communication towers, baseball stadiums, hotels, shopping centers, commercial and residential subdivisions, golf courses and most recently a SOLAR FIELD for Alion Energy. ABOUT US
Art Kearin has provided surveying services in the northern Los Angeles County and southern Kern County for over 30 years. We are a small firm with substantial experience in survey, construction and engineering work along with public works projects in the City of Lancaster and the City of Palmdale. All the work is coordinated out of our Lancaster office.
Being a small firm we pursue projects that we have a clear understanding of our capabilities and limitations. Art Kearin started his survey experience back in the late 70’s, and has pursued more and more of the jobs he enjoys. We have extensive design and construction experience and will provide expert service on all projects. You can count on Art Kearin Surveying to be there throughout the entire project.
As the economyhas changed, We have had to modify our environment to match the needs of and costs factors without the risk of loss in quality, performance or accountability. Our commitment to each client in listening to their needs and valuing their input is one of Art Kearin Surveying reasons for success. Art Kearin Surveying utilizes state of the art equipment and software. Field teams are equipped with Topcon total stations and GPS equipment. Office staff has the latest version of AutoCAD drafting software and desktop computers. All of our clients benefit from our experience.
